Lobster Pot Catering was established seven years ago. We cater for a wide range of functions; everything from large marquee weddings to house parties, and corporate events to summer balls. Our staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and provide an excellent and unobtrusive waitress service. This can be banquet style, family service or silver service.
We believe that it is vital to meet you to discuss the function, so that we can see the venue where the function will take place and discuss menus etc. and for you to have someone to liaise with, so that all the finer details can be discussed. For bigger functions, where you have many different things to cope with, we can provide you with a Funtion Coordinator, who will liaise with you in the run up to the event, and make sure that everything is fitting into place as you count down to your important day.
Our aim is to cater to your individual needs and to plan a menu with you, to suit your requirements. I have been dealing with, and handling, different aspects of food for many years. I have been on numerous courses to study cuisine from around the World, and this is reflected in the variety of dishes that we can offer.
We can also help with the hire of marquees, crockery, cutlery, glasses, all catering equipment, popcorn machines, casinos, decorative balloons ... everything you need to give your function "the edge".
